It would be great if we could go about our day to day lives carefree and everything handed to us. But that's not the case.
Just like our favorite pastimes, there's an opponent who has an opposing team to stop us from reaching our destiny and prevent us from winning the ultimate prize.
Why? Because your destiny, your gifts, your calling is not only for you. It's a blessing to others. It's deliverance for others. It's an answer for others.
So you can't give up!
If you want to accomplish anything GREAT in life, you must do great things that discipline you, puts you in focus, feeds your spiritual man and trains your body and thoughts to be in alignment with God's Holy Word.
Paul makes it clear that we must fight. We must press on!
1 Timothy 6:12 KJV says
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
Philippians 3:14 KJV says
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
So suit up and know we all must fight! We can't sit this one out because the opponent is coming for us. Truthfully he's already up in your face, in your territory, in your family, in your mind trying to take what God has for you. Take it back and keep it by staying close to your ultimate trainer and coach, Jesus Christ!
