God Is So Good 🙌🏾

Happy Saturday!

We have a 3 day weekend! Let's reflect on the goodness of God! God works in many ways.

He touches your troubled mind and gives you peace.

He touches your aching body and gives you relief.

He touches your distant friend and brings y'all back together.

He touches your confidence, and compliments you through a stranger.

He touches your children, and gives them favor at school.

He touches your neighborhood, and keeps your home safe.

Whatever God is doing in your life right now, acknowledge it.

If you think you're always on the go and busy—imagine how much more God is doing in your life.

I pray that you see your blessings overlap your problems. Which brings me to my favorite verse this season:

Above all, maintain constant love for one another, since love covers a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8

When I think of the word "cover", I think protection, comfort, and warmth. Multitude means a large number of people. The most consistent, never changing love we have is our love from God.

So, when I think of this verse it tells me that the love between me and God is greater than any problem, issue or circumstance. And this is the same love I want to give to others or cover them with. Because no matter what happens, God is still good. That does not change. So don't let life change you. Let God transform you (Rom 12:2).

Continue to be immovable, steadfast and faith filled through worship to God, mediation on His Word, and prayer to Him.
